  1. What sort of fool would then buy an ex-fleet EV after being trashed daily for 4 years, when the most expensive part of the car, the battery will be a complete dud by then? If they don't set-up a framework for and cost the entire lifecycle they are just pushing a problem into the future where it will pile up really badly.
