@Social Democracy - Education for All Smart people understand market cycles, acquire property at the right time and at the right price using a loan with an offset and redraw facility, then pay if off in 10 to 15 years to avoid the consequences of the market cycling again. Make hay while the sun shines, weave baskets in the cold of winter. This pragmatic and adaptive behaviour is not a new idea, it is thousands of years old. So what sort of education do you think you have that will see you survive if you can't live off the system like you do now, if you actually had to be a primary producer under constrained circumstances? I ask because there is a strong chance you will find out the hard way in the near future, so it is best to be prepared.
