  1. They don't even seem to fully understand the problem definition. Most of these violent crimes and behaviours involving the objectification of other humans stem from a lack of empathy, i.e. psychopathy, and that has no cure, in fact despite the fact that it can be detected on a brain scan they fear to use that to detect such people when they are young and before they can harm society because having the abnormal pathways is not a guarantee that you will act unlawfully, it just greatly increases the risk, and the rest of the psychopaths who are smart enough to avoid the criminal justice system are ironically attracted to power and wealth, politics.

  2. The man was clearly a psychopath, you don't do that to children unless you are completely disconnected from humanity on an emotional level, no empathic ability at all.
