Then you would do well running your own business, because your employees would be loyal to you as you are more likely to be a humane boss.

This recent set of numbers just reinforces the point I made the other day (and was attacked for expressing), many young people would rather work double the hours in their own start-up than be a salary slave to some corporate nazi who does not recognise their civil and human rights. I say go for it, if that is what it takes to motivate yourself to use your youthful energy to create entrepreneurial opportunities for yourself, then there is nothing wrong with that attitude at all, and the sour grapes dialogue of large employers who can no longer attract you is irrelevant noise from fools who are not apative enough to cope with change. It is a form of economic evolution, if the environment requires you to be more humane in order to attract humans to work for you then you change or go extinct.

@robertmarmaduke9721 Actually the trick is in knowing how to grow rapidly, small businesses employing 0-19 people have a 59.7% rate of success. Businesses employing 20-199 people have a much higher rate of success, at 75.8%.
