  1. They can't entirely control the concept of a "check". You can operate completely outside of the financial system via the use of QR encoded IOU notes that are digitally signed by both parties and then printed on paper for transport, storage and exchange. They are a form of legally enforceable contract, and they may even be transferable by embedding them in a larger digital contract. They don't need to be printed out, or if they are it can be in any form that can be still decoded. Sure you need to have computers to do this in a practical way, but it is all still just an application of mathematics so you could do it 100% by hand if you needed to do so.

  2.  @grannyannie2948  Yes, they were co-opted by those who wished to control others and turned into a centralised, and taxable, monetary system. The difference in the system I describe is that it is irrefutable, a person can't later deny that they made the contract.

  3.  @grannyannie2948  If required we can and will set up parallel structures to replace all of the systems and support that the government uses to entrap and control people. Have you watched "The Parallel Society vs Totalitarianism | How to Create a Free World" ?
