  1. It may be rare but it sucks to be you if you are the unlucky one who ends up 100% dead, and your devastated family can't take legal action for the harm it has done to them too. If you are not at a demonstrable risk from a disease then you are at a greater risk from the cure that you don't need, regardless of the absolute numbers the balance still comes out in favour in your avoiding the treatment until it is in your interests to take it and that could be many years from now when it is no longer experimental.
