His "There will be no vaccine mandates." declaration was as good as a lie, and people died because of that. Don't forget that his government voted against legislation to outlaw mandates too and that empowered the states to act in ways that were injurious or fatal to innocent people, including children. Scomo lied, and people died. I see no shame or contrition about that from any of them, yet the facts are on the public record so only a psychopath would try to outright deny them and their relevance to the question of the government's moral integrity.
