@xr88yu That one can be explained, many Chinese who are migrant workers will use two SIM cards one for their home region and one for when they are in a city working so they may have simply cancelled the account that they could not use due to the lock down. You would need the full list of numbers with the ID data for the owner to see if they still have other active accounts.
