  1. 30% of Australians are just like you, they flat-out refuse to have it, they have already made up their mind, only 20% are "hesitating" and they seem to be moving toward rejecting the vaccine rather than accepting it if the trend over the last 3 months is any indication. But say we split the uncertain group 50 : 50 then we can say that at least 40% of Australians refuse to have anything to do with the vaccine. Their BS herd immunity targets are a mirage, not that they are claiming herd immunity is even possible now.
