  2. If you are an adult you can just get a script, one phone call to a telehealth clinic. It is the kids who are hooked on them who are going to have problems and need help. What is the government doing about that? According to the US CDC Nicotine can harm the developing adolescent brain. The brain keeps developing until about age 25. Using nicotine in adolescence can harm the parts of the brain that control attention, learning, mood, and impulse control. Yet about 5% of underaged people in NSW are vaping on a regular basis and therefore are most probably addicted and having their brains affected by it.

  3.  @__Diagnosis  Both will mess up your developing brain, but CBD is OK for kids with disorders that would damage their brain anyway, such as epilepsy.
