Imagine if the cocaine supply got contaminated with an odorless and tasteless white carcinogenic substance, how many of the elite would be dead from head and neck cancers within the next five years. That is the sort of thing that Putin probably has planned, he does after all like to use exotic forms of toxicology against people who displease him. Don't touch the powders kids, it just isn't worth the risk.

Yes that is the ideal and a nobel one at that, but there is one big problem aside from the large deficit in the numbers of required medical specialists, when was the last time a psychiatrist ever cured anyone of anything? I'm serious, research that and you will be shocked how "useless" they actually are.
