  1. How are they going to tax that, it isn't a mineral resource. Multinationals will just come in , import materials, and even contractors, then wreck the environment setting up vast production plants that ship 100% of their output overseas and they will probably avoid paying a cent in other taxes too by using loopholes such as moving the profits offshore or writing off the cost of the infrastructure, which no Australian will benefit from.
