@Bullamakanca No they are being sarcastic, and they make a valid point, we need to strengthen all democracies across the globe and link them as strongly as possible.

Sure this is an ideological and political point of view but it is very current and it is a wake up call to those who have forgotten what the main game for humanity is, so it is current affairs and news to many.

@IPeeInPoolz All the agendas of all of the major powers are imperialistic, the ideologies don't matter in that regard. It is a competition to control the future by different groups of people who consider their "way" to be superior. This process is complicated by all societies been infested by psychopaths who are self serving but their global distribution is fairly even so it does not let one make comparisons unless the resulting system of governance can be demonstrated to be acting in a psychopathic manner itself, as the CCP is. Do you deny that the brutality of the Chinese communists is psychopathic?

@IPeeInPoolz I think we have the asteroid risk pretty much covered, the real danger from nature is a long volcanic winter for more than 2 years as it would cause billions of people to starve, and WWIII to probably break out over the remaining food resources, particularly those in the oceans.
