  1. It isn't complicated, you should not prescribe THC to people with diagnosed mental health problems, unless their psychiatrist approves of it. This is actually standard practice, so if that is not happening then in those specific cases it needs to be handled as a medical negligence case via Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. I'd be surprised if medication induced psychosis isn't a reportable incident already, otherwise it should be, obviously.
