The problem is well known, long-standing, and nationwide, therefore Labor needs to "grow a pair" and accept the need to experience the pain of dealing with their entire organisation in a single brutal but life-saving operation, otherwise they will reputationally bleed to death as these scandals continue to periodically surface in different regions. As for all of their leaders that claim they knew nothing, you are a pack of liars and the entire electorate can see it, so you are just hurting yourself further every time you pretend you are naive and innocent. There is also the logical conclusion that if a leader was really that naive then they do not have what it takes to be a leader, so they are screwed either way.
