I am not surprised at all, but there is one key question that gets to the heart of what is really going on, "Are the western intelligence agencies really that incompetent, or did their governments allow it to progress before reacting publicly because they wanted it to spread globally so that they could exploit the situation. i.e. Was it a pandemic or a plandemic?"
