So yeah way more money would be required, and so it will not happen until some influential person has a family member taken by one of these predators.

  5.  Fay D  Yeah it is a worry if you have family who could be vulnerable, the problem is that some violent psychopaths are high functioning and very selective in their behaviour so that they leave few or no witnesses to that facet of their personality.
