  1. Not sure that the metaverse would be any more of a bandwidth hog than movies, VR has a lot of data caching potential due to the nature of the way the images are rendered. As for if VR worlds are a good idea I'd say no unless you know and trust the people running the servers. Meta can monitor your every move and that of your contacts then create an AI avatar that mimics all the things about your friends that you like, then let people who want to influence you pay for access control to that avatar. You see your personality is not protected by current intellectual property laws. Until the government has a clue and catches up I'd stay well away from Z's empire of delusion and manipulation.
