It isn't natural selection if it does not impact on reproduction patterns and rates, you clown.

Not likely, but perhaps avoid horses and pigs, the Chinese actually used horses to make antibodies against the closely related SARS.

The facts are that children are super shedders of viruses. Assuming that the information about influenza and children applies to CORVID-19 "Not only are the flu infection rates generally highest among children, children also contribute greatly to transmission of the flu in the community (super spreaders)." https://vaccinate.initiatives.qld.gov.au/children-and-flu/

Clearly not the ones who disagree with how slow he is to move on this problem. I know people who have worked through multiple epidemics of different types and they say you can't move fast enough and you must err on the side of caution. I say it is better to have a bruised ego for acting a bit soon, than to have to bury your relatives.

If small groups of families cooperate to care for children you will not need any one worker to take more than 1 day off work per week and the resulting groups of children in that aggregate care will be far less of a problem than those gathered in their hundreds in schools, all using the same toilets. As for healthcare workers that is a red herring that overlooks what happened in places like CHina, those parents will not get to go home at all until this is over and their kids will need to go into some sort of care arrangement anyway. Furthermore the school term break is only a few weeks away so they need to be dealt with anyway. i.e. You are just mindlessly repeating a BS story from the goverment that does not have any factual or logical integrity.
