  1. Milk isn't vegan, even human milk. And that is the gotcha that makes the outrage squad look foolish. I'm not a vegan but I do know enough about nutritional content of foods to know of several common vegan foods that naturally contain B12, tempeh, nori, food yeast, chlorella. Even that claim about iodine is bogus. The problem is that almost nobody seems to know how to eat a balanced diet, of any type, so everyone ends up with harm in the end that was avoidable, just the type of harm changes.
