The USA need to make a very clear and unambiguous declaration on this threat, if NK tries to hit any other nation with a nuke then the USA and its allies will hit NK and CN in retaliation, because it is clear that CN is setting up NK as a useful idiot to threaten the world while minimising the risk of retaliation to itself. The governments of the world need to stand up and say we can see right through your strategy and here is the price you will pay for trying to do that. If they don't have the integrity and courage to do that then you need to get yourself better politicians because the current lot are mindless worms that will get you killed or conquered eventually.
