It is not real, it is literally an abstraction with an arbitrary definition, and there is no evidence that human activities are capable of having a significant impact on +30 year weather averages. We don't need and are not capable of fixing anything on the implied scale. The best we can do is to just advance all of our technology and societies as much as is practical without making ideologically driven sacrifices that will have a net negative influence and not even achieve their stated and scientifically dubious goals. We just need to keep doing what we are doing, it is not as if we are standing still, in fact if the pace of change is any faster most people will not be able to cope. Pick any field of science or engineering then monitor the papers and books published each year, a single human will not have time to even read just the indexes and abstracts, let alone the entire texts, yeah that is how fast we are already progressing and I challenge anyone to propose a more concrete metric than that! Seriously if you have not studied and do not currently actively read in the STEM area you should STFU because you have literally no idea what is going on.

Yanni Ritsarntyios That is a flat out lie, again, a wavelet analysis of the long term data shows that it all fits within cycles with no remainder that can be attributed to a separate linear trend from any cause let alone human industrial activity.

Yep, as per the sort of information described in Lecture Notes in Physics 832 Alexander G. Kosovichev (auth.), Jean-Pierre Rozelot, Coralie Neiner (eds.) The Pulsations of the Sun and the Stars Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg (2011) ISBN 978-3-642-19927-1

Yanni Ritsarntyios That is a flat out lie, for one it is a hypothesis and not a theory and furthermore it is not supported by the laws of thermodynamics. If it was you could demonstrate the maths to me or show what somebody else has done, taking into account all of the relevant variables and physical laws. There is no demonstrated link between a linear increase of CO2 from any source and an increase in average global sea surface temperatures, not even the satellite data shows a correlation. The Keeling curve is the authoritative source for global CO2 levels and the COVID-19 shutdowns have not made an appreciable impact on the rate of CO2 rise this year, this indicates that your fallacious confusion of a correlation with a cause is not supported by actual science, the current data. Seriously your beliefs are just another religion, there is no science underpinning them at all.

Yanni Ritsarntyios There is no comprehensive model based on the laws of thermodynamics that allows that correlation to be treated as proof of a cause. Do you even have a clue what that means or are you just a climate cult zealot on a crusade against anyone that questions your dogma?

Yanni Ritsarntyios It is not a theory, it never was, go and study the scientific method if you want to know what a theory actually is.
