  1. It isn't complicated, if you treat a person differently because of their genetic heritage at the scale of entire nations then you are racist. If you think that another person's culture is inferior to yours you are not racist, you are a cultural chauvinist. They are two completely different things and you can be both at the same time, one or the other, or neither.
