It is a mental health issue, start funding studies into root causes, and make sure the PC nazis and SJWs don't get to pollute the data because the only way you will discover effective remedies is if you are completely scientific about it. How you feel about what happened and your political bent is completely irrelevant. If people don't take such pragmatic steps toward finding solutions they will be mocking those children's short lives. The only true virtue is the wisdom to act rightly and for the greatest good, without consideration of personal benefit.
