The man is a barefaced liar, he knows that there were vaccines for SARS developed all the way up to completing animal trials and they were shown to be safe and effective, so that technology is not entirely untested, therefore the rest of his speculation is highly questionable. One has to wonder what his motives are. Perhaps he wants to kill off all of the stupid and paranoid people who he has made scared about its safety now?

Those drugs have side effects that can be very dangerous in some people, e.g. if you have hepatitis. So they are not an ideal solution, an effective vaccine is.

Not all parts of a genome can mutate at the same rate, some areas are highly conserved, that is the whole point of good vaccine design. BTW stupid the coronavirus is the common cold virus, it is just that this one is very nasty. It is exactly the same family.
