Then you will be dependent on government issued vaccines and medications to survive and they will be withdrawn along with your rights and freedoms if you are not fully compliant with the techno-oligarchical dictatorship. If you claim that you are not happy that will also be considered as a disease that will require mandatory treatment, non-compliance will be punished. You will become extinct just in time for the AI and robotic systems to advance to the point where they alone can act as the servants and slaves for the elites who will be the only people who are able to access and afford the medical treatments that make them effectively immortal. This will happen if you do not completely purge the psychopaths from your societies within the next few decades.
