No not vaccination, rather a genetically engineered probiotic bioshield that lives on the animals mucosal surfaces and acts as a lure to trap and destroy the virus particles before they even have a chance to interact with cells that they are able to infect, but if the UK government does not want to look into the technology then they deserve their fate.
