  1.  @kevinpreston5590  yes it did, if you aren’t currently in the military the oath you took to the military is no longer current. Sorry just the law. I took the oath as well and took it seriously. Legally my oath to the military ended with my discharge. Does that mean I wouldn’t defend the constitution, no it means I’m no longer in the military so that oath is done.
