How about the PD stop crapping on Americans rights. Perhaps then it will change for the better.

Perhaps if they did a better job it wouldn’t happen.

@banditgrizzy1955 no it’s called the law. Don’t like it change them. We have rights in America that cops step on everyday and expect us to respect them. Good luck.
1
@banditgrizzy1955 nope. Rule of law, when cops act badly cases get tossed because of their negligence. Depts sued and criminals go free. Cops are doing shoddy work and it fails in court. Better training

@banditgrizzy1955 perhaps not, but as long as they turn a blind eye they are complicit

@Capitalismrules perhaps if the police didn’t step on people’s rights while doing it more true criminals would go to jail. 1st, 4th and 5th amendment is constantly trampled by cops. Why most cases are tossed
1
@Capitalismrules perhaps again if the cops didn’t lie, push their authority and stomp on rights it would be different. Cops tend to “judge and convict” in the field when their job is to observe and report facts to DA. We have rights that are abused by police daily here and it needs to stop. You have no obligation to help the police in their investigations or to cooperate. If they find the job to difficult they should go work somewhere else.

@banditgrizzy1955 agree and citizens need to turn cameras on the cops.
1
@Capitalismrules peaceful only because people are willing to give up their rights. I generally agree with most of your ideals but not here. Cops are out of control in America and the “good” cops need to start stepping up and calling out the bad ones.
1
@Capitalismrules and again, peaceful to me means people are willing to just give up their rights. Cops are the ones making the majority of the situations not peaceful. They amp up the situation. The point is ever time a cop craps on rights we all lose, and to justify it saying most are ok is crap as well. It’s a profession where they work for us not the other way around.
1
@Capitalismrules sad for you. I side with rights. Cops don’t. And you don’t either. Enjoy your day.

No they aren’t.
