  4.  @Audigiant  if they can pass a BGC. I personally would like to see wait periods come back and deeper BGC. Allow a thorough look before selling guns. No unregistered guns. No exceptions. Better training would be a good thing as well. As far as age, no problem with 18, if you can go die for your country you should be able to own a gun and in my opinion have a beer.
