@zeff8820 acting like genetics controls everything and you don't have a choice has to be one of the biggest lies. If not, that would mean genes dictate everything and we have no choice in anything. We clearly can choose anything we want, including sexuality.

@joyyu7753 I think that's true. We have a natural preference. But I don't think it's accurate to say that someone can't switch or influence that preference. I don't think it's as set in stone as some make it seem. People act like they have no control over their sexuality. I strongly believe I choose to be straight. I think it's the right thing.

@zeff8820 So let me get this straight. If I'm straight and I suddenly want to date guys and be bi, it's not possible? I can't change my sexuality? That makes no sense. People do it every day.

@zeff8820 that makes a lot of sense. If I'm straight today and then decide to date guys tomorrow that just means I always wanted to date guys but didn't know it. It was always in me. Similar to how a woman can be born into a man's body. It all makes so much sense now.
