@kismatwrites2427 "Freedom of speech isn't an absolute right"?!? Um excuse me? Who's constitution are you reading because it certainly is an absolute right in the United States. In fact it's the first absolute right.

@eggroll1090 I don't really understand what your argument is. But why can't you turn gay at 13? Why can't you turn gay at any time in your life? How does that make any sense? Didn't you say earlier that a woman watching porn may not know she's lesbian until she watches? Wouldn't that mean she "turns homosexual"? If not what happened? You're saying she was always lesbian but never knew it? That logic makes no sense to me. Mostly because there's zero evidence she was ever a lesbian. You can't scientifically prove she was a lesbian. There's no test to determine that. More than likely what actually happened is she watched, felt something, liked it, and then determined she's now lesbian. It's biologically nonexistent in her DNA.

@eggroll1090 you can't be "born a lesbian" or born homosexual. Nothing in your DNA or genetic makeup shows any indication of that. Nothing proves biologically whether someone is straight or not. There's no scientific evidence of that.

@Rosa-kf2ik anybody who is homosexual has "turned homosexual" because there is zero evidence they were ever homosexual at birth. None. It doesn't exist.

@eggroll1090 they start having attraction to the same sex, never question it, let it happen, accept it as "natural" and that's it. Pretty simple.

@kismatwrites2427 and you think one of those restrictions will ban discussing how pornography influences homosexual behavior? Good luck with that.
1
@Gary Cooke You're lying to yourself if you think what you're doing is acceptable in the eyes of God.
1
@Gary Cooke I'm sure you're being honest. I don't doubt that. However, as a Christian I just want to make sure you're aware that homosexuality is not something God approves us. I would hate for there to be any misunderstanding.
1
@kismatwrites2427 You're seriously arguing that freedom of speech does not include someone saying they think pornography might contribute to homosexual behavior? Why would that not be covered in by freedom of speech? What makes you think that? Because it offends you?
1
@Gary Cooke let me ask you an honest question. Do you seriously think no part of you chooses to be homosexual? Because I choose to be heterosexual 100%. Not one part of me wants to be homosexual. I genuinely want to be heterosexual. Are you saying you don't want to be homosexual? You're forced to be homosexual?
1
@kismatwrites2427 The only person sounding outraged is you. You're completely overreacting to a harmless video. Did you even watch her video? She says absolutely nothing hateful about homosexuals at all. She shows no animosity or hate toward them whatsoever. If anything, she's speaking against pornography, not homosexuality. She's admitted having homosexual feelings. The only thing she did was say there might be a connection between her feelings and pornography she's viewed. How is that bigotry or prejudice toward homosexuals? The anger you're feeling from the offense your taking sounds much worse than any "hate speech" she used. Maybe you should calm down a little and bring the temperature of the whole debate down. Do your part to ease tensions not escalate them. It seems you're stoking the fire as much as her, if not more so.

@eggroll1090 You just said, "God created humans and suddenly they turn into gays." You didn't say, God created gays. And you're right. He didn't create gays. Your sexuality is your choice. You can choose to love anyone you want. Just like I can choose that. God created laws that sometimes contradict the "natural man." It's our job in this life to put off the natural man. God does love everyone. And He wants everyone to be happy. He knows where that happiness comes from. It is very interesting though you say you can't be heterosexual. Why not? What prevents you?
1
@Gary Cooke You "choose not to suppress those desires." There you go. That's your choice. You choose to be gay. I choose to be straight. I have no desire to be gay but I'm sure if I wanted to I could. Some gay guys I work with try to hit on me all the time. I don't want to. I choose not to. I want to be with girls. As I just said in my other comment, the natural man is an enemy to God. All of us have things inside us that seem natural that go against what is good and what is right. It is our job to overcome some of those things. For some it's natural to lie. For some it's natural to cheat. For some (probably many) it's natural to want to sleep around. For some, stealing, for some drinking. On and on. You're right. I do choose to suppress certain feelings and behaviors. If I didn't avoid them I would be giving into a lot of things that probably wouldn't make me too happy. I choose not to. All of us choose every single day what we do, what we think and how we feel. People constantly choose their sexuality.

Do you want to sacrifice the good of a few for the good of the whole or do you want to sacrifice the good of the whole for the good of a few? That's the question. That's all it comes down to. Who's more important? The whole or a few?

Hey gay boy. If you haven't received your check yet, you probably haven't filed your taxes yet. Go pay taxes and you'll see your check.
