That doesn't mean he knows what he's talking about.

@xadielplasencia3674 Because a lot of times people equate well spoken to accurate or important or truthful. I want everyone to know that's not always the case.

His arguments have zero to do with empathy. Even if he is completely wrong about the virus that does not mean he doesn't have empathy. Two completely different things.
11
He has had it. He cannot give it now. Read a book.

He's right though

@ricobuttonpusher7061 Congratulations. Not all doctors agree. I know plenty of doctors who don't.
7
@DrAndromeda I honestly don't believe anyone wants people to die from Covid. Everyone wants covid gone. It's an easy oversimplified argument when someone disagrees to say it's because they have no empathy. They just don't agree with you. But it's not a good argument. He just sees numbers differently than you do and it's easy to cast him aside by saying he doesn't care about anyone.
7
@XigXag I don't have to go to med school to tell him he's wrong. There's plenty of doctors who already do that. You wouldn't know this but people get second opinions from other doctors all the time for very good reason.
5
That's your first clue this whole video is incredibly biased.
5
@austismforever I'm not arguing he does. I'm saying I'm not convinced simply because he's well spoken.
4
He sounds like a liar

2% is an incredibly low percentage

@shootfor3331 Given any one person's chance of death from Covid I actually don't think he's putting that many at risk. It's not like we all spread Covid everytime we go out. Just because some people die doesn't mean everyone dies. And just because she people spread doesn't mean everyone spreads. There's so many factors that go into someone's risk of getting the virus.

If you get a physician on one side you need to get a physician on the other side. I know there are some on both sides.
3
Why would you not only get physicians and healthcare workers for this jubilee? Pretty biased and ridiculous.
2
@kirali6185 Siaka was the only one who knew what he was talking about.
2
@commondirtbagz7130 what's your point
2
Siaka is the smartest one of them all. He's the only one who understands a statistic. Thanks Siaka.
2
NOTHING happened. That's his whole point
2
@shootfor3331 Maybe the term "serious" is relative then. If it's serious to you but not him then what does serious really mean? Maybe it's all subjective and how you interpret numbers and see the world around you.
2
@Tnicole01 How many times can one person say y'all?
2
@stefaniatomich6085 No he's actually the only one who knew the actual death rate. His .3% death rate is correct. That's the chance of any average person will die from covid. If you get the virus the death rate is anywhere from 1-3%. But that's only if you get the virus which not everyone does. The chance of any average person dying from covid is .3%. Learn what a statistic is.
2
@stefaniatomich6085 It's definitely not implied. Those are two completely different statistics. (Intelligent) people can differentiate between a statistic for the average person and a statistic for someone who contracts the virus. Why would someone not be able to track and talk about both? The CDC tracks both so why would we not talk about both? I want to know my chance of dying, whether I get the virus or not. I want to know both statistics. If you only use the statistic of those that contract the virus it's completely misleading because only about 5% of all people even get the virus to begin with. If you understood anything about statistics that might make sense to you. I won't be shocked if you don't.
2
@stefaniatomich6085 It's hard to teach math to a fifth grader but I guess I'll try. Your math sucks. Are you dyslexic? Look closely at what you wrote. You said the US has 328 mil and then in your equation you put 382 mil. On top of that you don't know how to do percentages. The equation is 30/330 (rounding the numbers for you) = 0.09. Then you multiply that number by 100 to get the percentage of 9%. You don't get a percentage by dividing like this: 330/30. It's clear one of us definitely isn't a doctor and certainly not a mathematician. Stay in school.

Except he wasn't "drunk" because he wasn't actually sick.
1
@kirali6185 I truly think you don't know what you're talking about.
1
@Bettie_Rage chill out
1
@ricobuttonpusher7061 Many many doctors don't know much about infectious diseases. Many don't study that. And many disagree about it.
1
@virginialane8847 I didn't say he's not educated
1
Yeah it actually does.
1
@wordart4323 very smart very thoughtful comment.
1
@tessajung6926 Smartest comment of all
1
@serotonin9650 You really need to educate yourself. Go read a book.
1
He's the only one who knows what he's talking about.
1
@stefaniatomich6085 You're probably right. Maybe I'm going off numbers six months ago because I haven't talked about this in a while. I believe you. However 30 million of 330 million is 9%. Just to get our numbers straight here. And maybe your assumption's wrong. Maybe he doesn't know more than me. Maybe I'm a doctor as well.
