  7.  @elliey.x  I would think that's the more technical and accurate term but I doubt that's what most people think when they say alien. I think they're legitimately talking about the two bug eyed green creature coming out of a flying saucer trying to overtake earth and suck the soul from humans. And no I don't believe in that. I don't care what the vast majority of anyone thinks if that's what they think. That's not real. It's science fiction.

  9.  @Musaaaa653  I'm not completely opposed to the idea of human life elsewhere but it's far from aliens or at least the typical Hollywood alien that people naturally think of. So I guess it depends on your definition of aliens. It's possible. But until we know it's not actually a thing. If they were real no one would argue it.

  11.  @elliey.x  That seems very realistic. It seems so plausible that somewhere there has to be an environment similar to ours that can sustain life. I have a feeling it's basically impossible the two will ever come into contact though. Why would they be any closer to getting to us than we are to them? Honestly growing up my religion taught pretty directly that God created many worlds with people on all those worlds. Because of that I've always just had that belief. But it's a pretty bold claim. So it makes sense to me that wherever they are, there are other worlds with people just like us on them. It's all religious though which I understand most don't believe. That's why it's interesting to hear your take.
