  2.  @sasori25  china had always been NK's economic partner since the day of Mao. i was referring to how the relationship warming up to America a while back, but now that trump is out, suddenly it's cold again and in their economic plan they stated they want to improve economic ties with china. i never said they were not "friend" before, it's just funny how they just keeps flipping back and forth. so i refered a dead indian meme, it's a reference joke because it's fitting. both Bill and korean name (sorry cant read hangul) are correct, they're not "friend" in literal sense, they simply have what each other wanted. Dont take it literaly okey dude?
