@mrJ-bl2ky russia accepted the minsk proposal because it honored the Budapest agreement. It's not russia that violated the minsk every chance it got. And many western leaders are now publicly coming out about the fact that it has no desire to fulfill or honor the minsk.

@mrJ-bl2ky no that's not what the agreement is about. Do you even read the memorandum? The agreement stipulated that ukr gave up it's nukes in exchange for protection agreement from several nations. The minsk agreement was meant for ukr to stop being a threat to russia so russia don't have to resort to extreme measures. After all what kind of protectorate threatens its protectors. I'd like to remind you in both 2015, as well as 2018 in munich, ukr asked to join nato and host nukes, which in itself is breaking the budapest agreement. We all know that these provocation is intentional, so that russia can be sanctioned hard, destroy it's economy so people would topple putin, and then cause separatism to balkanized russia into several western protectorate and extract its resources as in the proposed "russian decolonization plan", an idea which even polish leader duda recently stated is the goal. But thankfully it all failed and backfired badly. Those who sown chaos, will reap chaos.
