  1. This is an intimidation tactic. Previously china is giving NK a cold shoulder, but after the US "journalist" agent political intervention through telegram in mainland china, now they are allying themselves with the US enemies, possibly letting NK to skirt around US sanctions. This is a message, "don't mess with us, we know where to hit you where it hurts". Or something like "don't think you can do things like the one you did in iran over here"
