  1. ​ @SayedMuhammadAlSharif  I disagree. Most of the flat and real estate in EA and SEA is quake proof. How else do you think they live in the ring of fire without any quake proofing to the buildings?

  3. I agree tho, but not for the reason of the quake. The island, especially the eastern part, is simply not safe. Lots of kidnapping and illegal stuff going on.
