  1. Thomas is correct actually. This joke referred as "mathematician answer" or the inclusive, there has to be at least two statement which the answer can refer to both. Is it a blue or green dress? Yes. Because the dress is either blue or green. It's funny how everyone says "it's a joke", when the OP fail at it. I bet you people also find Amy Schumer jokes very funny.
