  1. the package aid is basically a financial lending/debt to that one country, it's not free money. who owns and profits off these debts? the IMF and world bank ofc. and these bankers would reward whoever provides them with these debt greatly. you know, like the biden administration for example. these people's are running the country for their own profit, not for the welfare of it's citizen. it's very apparent in their attempts to be always perceived as "the good guys" in every scenario, including being woke. a true president don't concern themselves over such trivial matter.
