  1. the reports from the rus mod seems always on point and thoroughly fact checked. and when they do accidentally cause civ casualties they will admit it. while in kyiv it was ukr mistakes, there is another one in another city which the missile hit its target well, but the explosion is too strong, causing a civ house to be damaged due to proximity.
