@1ewi5 true. The brits came and pump oil out of iran, pay a tiny dividends (practically stealing) and get the oil for themselves. New government decided to nationalize the oil field, so they overthrow the iranian gov and install a puppet (the pahlavi guy) and reintroduce the exploitation measure but pay slightly more than before. Then a revolution came and ayatollah Khomeini took office. He signed a decree nationalizing the oil fields (again) causing the west to be real pissed and drop sanctions. Pretty much like "if we can't have your oil then you're not allowed to sell" lol.
