  1.  @alfredocalzadilla7251  true, it is an extremely capitalistic country where even essentials like baby formula and insulin is highly monopolized by the corporate. 3 corporate own the right to baby formula and they decided that it's not profitable enough, hence the crisis. Around 2-3 company owned the right to insulin. And they set the price so high and keep raising it every year because they know it will sell because it's an elixir of life for the diabetic. For the middle and low income american it's a matter of life and death. An average american need over 1-2k usd a month for insulin to live when everywhere else it cost 1/10th that amount. And in a country where the lifestyle of average citizen has a high chance of leading to diabetes, it's literally a death sentences. I don't have diabetes, but i feel pity for those in america that do. And the moms who's baby is lactose intolerant or having trouble lactating.
