@davidc9214 nuke is not a weapon to be used. It is a deterrent. However, when other nations that have no nukes acquire them and they are openly hostile to your country, then they are a threat. Ukr will only be a threat if it joins nato and host nato nukes right on the russian border. Which they say they will do. It's a very legitimate concern, and launching SMO under such security pressure is legal under the UN charter. You are projecting, it seems you are the one that's brainwashed.

@davidc9214 let me remind you that russia doctrine of using nukes in self-defense. And recently nato has changed its nuke policy from deterrent to first strikes. I bet you didn't even know that. It is comprehensible that putin would remind nato that if it ever try using nukes, in his words "we have our weapons also, some are more modern than our colleagues (the west)" this is the only speech which he has indirectly refer to the use of nukes. And the speech literally says he's going to use it for self defense, not offense. Doesn't matter how you want to spin it. you have a wild imagination. You may think what you want of our country's relationship but at the end of the day it's the leadership that decides how it's going to be, not you.
