  3. Climate change, or Manbearpig as I call it, will simply move further north. This is good for Russia and Canada! As for the semi-arid places, during times of drought in one area, say China, it will be much heavier rain in other semiarid regions. Only countries that are absolute 3rd world will suffer. Think Afghanistan. Regarding China, we are already seeing massive flooding throughout the PRC, but this is due to extreme water control issues that the Chinese Communist Party has managed to completely and utterly mismanage!
