And any US flagged ships, of which there are very few(most ships that would be US ships are flagged as Panamaniac ships for the cost factor of having an all US crew would be 10 times what were if they used Filipino seaman) although I think that some ships may switch to US flagged for protection(ist?) Reasons. I imagine that it would be much cheaper for ships to be Panamaniac flagged and go the long route.
