The Ukrainians have successfully grown their pre-war(2022 invasion) to about 1 million men. Early on in the war, Vladimir Zolenski( Ukrainian president) said that all men aged 18-50* were not allowed to leave the country. So regarding the #'s of men, I believe that Peter may be incorrect. As far as equipment is concerned, yes they are dependent upon 3rd nations to supply them, not to mention the ability to maintain said equipment. This is probably the Ukrainians' biggest challenge.
The one factor that Peter is not taking into account is troop morale. Nothing lowers morale quite like battlefield losses, and this will take its toll upon the Russkies, assuming that it has not already. I believe that this will be the deciding factor in this war. The only other factor that Peter has not mentioned in this video, at least, is third country support. Although the Ukrainians have the edge here, we are just now seeing the effects of North Korean missiles upon this war. Ultimately, although wars are VERY difficult to predict, I believe that the Ukrainians will beat them out. But it will be a long hard slog.
