Food and exercise ..I did my own research ..I would eat meat 2 times a week ..for vitamin A and vitamin B..eggs are a whole some food for the body 2 a day .cholesterol can be high if it's good cholesterol.. porridge is also great for you .. It's quite a subject ..in its self ..all the best..cu in your next video .

A lot of gyms just don't come across as a positive place ...I'm using the gym here in london again I refuse to give up...signed up for 3 months ...its all about signing up ..and they don't appreciate you if you focus...and mind your own business. That doesn't mean that you have to be unfriendly .its just a different mind set ...
