  2. So well said...bjorn ..people are really ignorant. A lot of gyms just don't come across as a positive place ...I'm using the gym here in london again I refuse to give up...signed up for 3 months ...its all about signing up ..and they don't appreciate you if you focus...and mind your own business. That doesn't mean that you have to be unfriendly .its just a different mind set ...
