@Mighty_Atheismo ummmmm take a geography class. Portland is in Oregon which is a state and has constitutionally protected rights.

@Mighty_Atheismo I'm rude for simply pointing out the truth? I'm guessing you completely missed the point of that article but the ACLU doesn't determine who gets free speech the law does and that means all 50 states and it's territories. You try to explain to me how a fully established and voting state doesn't get any rights. I would just love to hear your explanation on that one.

@Mighty_Atheismo this isn't being rude or a bully you originally stated that the people of portland didn't get any free speech rights cuz of a 100 mile border. I corrected you on that and you keep trying to justify that statement instead of just saying ok I was wrong.
